Terms & Conditions

  1. To participate in our activities, you must be of age, present a valid identity document and fill out the disclaimer form that you will find downloadable on our website (download) or on-site before departure.
  2. All prices listed are in Euros and are VAT inclusive payments that can be made online via PayPal OR on-site before departure in cash or by credit card (€1 surcharge for credit card payments).
  3. In the case of cancellation of the tour, Kayak Napoli will refund the payment collected under the following circumstances:
    • If the customer cancels the reservation more than 5x days before the departure, Kayak Napoli with refund the entire amount paid, excluding the expenses related to the receipt of the payment.
    • If the customer cancels within 5 days before departure the entire amount paid will be withheld by Kayak Napoli.
    • In the case of the client being late/delayed, the entire amount paid will be withheld by Kayak Napoli.
    • If Kayak Napoli cancels the tour due to weather conditions or force majeure the 95% of payment amount will be refunded.

  4. Kayak Napoli reserves the right to cancel the tour if one or more of the following situations occur:

    • Weather conditions not suitable/safe for carrying out activities at sea.
    • Lack of physical conditions suitable for the safe conduct of activities at sea.
    • Event or events that compromise their practicability
    • In the event that the instructor/guide is sick and we cannot find a replacement.

  5. Minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged 4 and above must be able to swim.

  6. Kayak Napoli, at its own discretion, may request the removal of a person from the tour whose behaviour is offensive or disturbing to other customers without any further liability.

  7. For the booking of kayak/sup rental, it’s not possibile the cancellation by customers, but only by KayakNapoli for the reasons listed above.

Cancellation of behalf of Kayak Napoli is derived entirely from the judgement of one of our managers and can take place at any time. Kayak Napoli will try to re-schedule the tour in collaboration with the customer.
