1) To participate in our activities you must know how to swim, you must be an adult (or participate with an adult), present an identity document and fill in the liability release form that you will find on site before departure

 

2) in case of cancellation the maximum refund is 95% of the sum paid

 

3) the customer can cancel up to 2 days before the departure date of the activity, by sending a whatsapp message to 3476140635

After this date there will be no type of refund.

In case of delay, customers will have 15 minutes of grace

 

4) Kayak Napoli can cancel the activity up to 2 hours before the start of the activity due to weather conditions and exclude people who in their opinion are not suitable to carry out the activity.

 

5)kayak Napoli Srl offers a booking service for various activities that will be carried out by our partners. By booking you will only pay a deposit, the rest of the sum will be paid on site to the person carrying out the tour, who is solely responsible for carrying it out.
